1. It Rejuvenates Your Hair
Rice water contains inotisol, a carbohydrate which control hair damage, strengthens, and adds luster to your hair .
To use, shampoo hair and rinse off with clear lukewarm water. Next, pour rice water over hair and massage gently. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm water.
2. It Gives You a Beautiful Skin
Rice water will also clear away any skin irritation or blemishes like eczema or acne you have, as well as bring relief to inflamed skin.
To use, add a cup of it to your bathe water and soak for 20 minutes.
Alternatively, soak a cotton ball in the rice water solution and dab at the affected skin. Leave for 10 minutes and rinse off with cool or lukewarm water. Do this 2-3 times daily until the blemish fades.

Having a runny stomach? Add a pinch of salt to a cup of rice water and drink for relief.
This water replaces the electrolytes you lose from the frequent bowel movement which is what makes it very effective. It can also be taken by babies (without the salt) and should be taken until the diarrhea subsides.
4. It Can be Used to Starch White Clothes
Although unconventional, rice water can be used to starch your white clothes. To use, add a cup to half a bucket of water and let your clothes soak for five minutes. Next, remove clothes and rinse lightly before drying.

Taking a glass of rice water daily will bring major benefits to your overall health. Not only will it give your energy level a boost, it will also relieve you of constipation if you happen to suffer from one.
