Banana ice cream is yummy and also quite easy to make. Here’s what you need to make a medium-sized cup of it:
2 Large Bananas (ripe but still firm)
1/4 Cup Full Cream Milk
1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
5 Drops Vannila Extract
1. Cut your bananas into smaller child and place in a blender or food processor. Blend for a minute or two until it becomes a smooth paste.
2. Add other ingredients and continue blending until it is well mixed.
3. At this stage you will have a very smooth paste with a wonderful aroma filling the air. Next, use a spoon to scoop the content into a plastic cup or an ice cream cone if you have that.
3. Put this mixture in your freezer overnight and voila! you can now enjoy your scrumptious banana ice cream.
If you are feeling a little adventurous, you can spice up your banana ice cream a little using nutmeg and cinnamon. They add a whole new world of zing to your banana flavour. Enjoy!
