If you love pancakes here’s how you can make your own delicious pancakes in no time at all.
11/2 Cups Flour (you can substitute with wheat flour if you are diabetic or just if)
11/4 Cup Milk
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
4 Tablespoons Melted Butter
1 Egg (lightly beaten)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
A Pinch of Ground Nutmeg
2 Large Bowls
Griddle Pan or Non-stick Pan
Scant Cups (for scooping the batter unto the griddle)
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and nutmeg in a bowl and stir until well mixed.
In another bowl combine milk, egg, and butter and whisk. Pour this mixture into the first bowl and continue whisking until you get a smooth consistency; without lumps.
Once done, brush a griddle with vegetable oil and place on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
Using the scant cup, pour batter in batches unto the griddle and cook for four minutes or until the bubbles start to form at the top.
Flip the pancake to the other side using your spatula and also cook until it bubbles.
Take off heat and serve. Your pancakes are ready.
